I'm going to post the pictures quickly, with the names (common names at least), and I'll try to come back and say something more about them.
Disclaimer: Common names are liable to be *very* regional and/or familial. (In my family we have names for things that aren't even in common usage in our own area. It's odd and unusual. We're strange people.)
